Mount Calvary Baptist Church

Remember the Mount Calvary Baptist Church family. Their church was the target of arson this week. Their sanctuary is ruined. I have tried to get up with Pastor Sauls this afternoon but there was no answer nor was there available an answering machine.

I remember going to that church when I was younger with Alan’s mother, Moe, and his daughter, Kelly, to VBS and to different other services and they have always been a very devoted church, very into doing what is God’s will. It is very sad that something like this happens. I wonder what was the purpose in setting the church on fire. Alan checked the area out, what wasn’t covered in police tape, and he said that the church looked really destroyed, like it was really trashed. Feels like we are living in the end days when even the house of the Lord isn’t even sacred anymore.
