Mrs. Shirley’s wake and funeral will be Thursday at Parrish Funeral Home in Selma with visitation from 10am-11am and the funeral service to begin at 11am. The internment will be at Pinecrest Cemetery (McLaurin’s). The family appreciates the desire of the church to serve lunch after the service and will be eating at the Powhatan Fellowship Hall; approximately 35-40 members. The anticipated time of the family to arrive at Powhatan would be between 12:30pm – 1pm.
