There is no need for reconstruction! Praise God!! They are still waiting to see about the lymph nodes & the muscle on the tongue…(to see if more will need to be removed). Paul should have no problem with his speech. Also, hopefully, he will only have to spend one night in the hospital, depending on how things go!
