Alice Cole - update
From Preacher Jim:
Continue to remember Mrs. Alice! Her physical condition has not improved since she came home from the hospital. She is still terribly weak. Bunk also needs our prayers!

Aubrey is still in the hospital at REX. Though he came through his surgery fine, he’s hurting, terribly uncomfortable, and longing to get back home. The medications cloud his mind but he’s able to know and talk with those that call or come to see him.

The Family of Preacher Eddie Franks
Please remember the family of Preacher Eddie Franks, as he’s gone to be with the Lord. I know he will be sorely missed by many. Preacher Eddie was my preacher all the time I was growing up, and I also just know he’s “kicking up his heels in glory” today!
John Spencer
Please pray for my dad. He’s still having back trouble, and now he has a blood clot in his foot. Dad has diabetes, and has had gout, and is very concerned about his foot. The doctor says he needs to have his foot up for the next couple of weeks.
Sarah Chestnut
I thought Sarah was getting better, but then this morning she started feeling really bad again. She has had a stomach virus, and her stomach is hurting a lot today.

Mrs. Alice was carried to Johnston Memorial on the morning of the 5th with low sugar and a kidney infection. Her sugar level was very low (51). Bunk could not get her to wake up and called for help from family and EMS. She is doing better today. She is in room 414 [...]

–J.E. is having gall bladder surgery this week. Barbara would also asks us to pray for a single mom, who recently lost her job.

So far the antibiotics aren’t getting rid of J.E.’s infection. Also, Amy has a kidney infection. Please keep both of them, along with Barbara, in your prayers.
Sun. night–Praise Report
We may have been few in number last night, but we had a blessed time of fellowship in the Lord. We moved our Sun. night service from the Sanctuary to the Fellowship Hall. –In addition to the Shingles, J.E. also has a bacterial infection in his stomach. Barbara says he is on 2 different antibiotics and is in a lot of pain.

This past Wed., Mom had two different medical diagnostic tests (on 2 different places and areas of the body). Praise Report: The one place hasn’t grown and is a benign cyst. Mom is still awaiting results concerning the place on her kidneys.

–Creig Davis is having knee surgery tomorrow. Rhonda asks that we keep him in our prayers.
