Wednesday Night Academy

Starting April 22, 2009, our youth will begin a new program on Wednesday nights. All ages are invited to join us as we learn how to fulfill the Great Commission, as outlined in Matthew 28:19-20:

19. Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:
20. Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo , I am with you alway , even unto the end of the world. Amen.

Classes will rotate through three different courses:

• Bible 101
  Basic Bible Knowledge/What to Say
• Witnessing Hands
  Sign Language/Communicating with More People
• Defenders
  Deeper Bible Knowledge/Defending Your Faith

Each curriculum will help our youth know what to say, how to say it, and how to defend it. We are excited to begin this new program filled with interactive learning, crosswords, word searches, memory verses, and sword drills. Each student will have a binder with the lessons they have learned as well as the memory items from those lessons. So, youth of all ages, bring your Bibles and join us starting Spril 15 at the Wednesday Night Academy!

The last day to pay for the convention is Sunday April 27th.  For more information please ask Wanda or Kristen.  Kristen is driving the bus that weekend.  Thanks Kristen.

Please bring a friend with you.  Don’t forget to bring your sports equipment.  We will play some games youth against adults.  Yeah.  We will be having Hamburgers and Hotdogs.  Join in the fun.
