From Pastor Johnathan:
Please be in prayer for my uncle, Randy Horton. He’s in ICU in Smithfield and it’s not looking good. I’m headed that way.
From Barbara:
He’s home with very strong antibiotics. Very weak but so thankful to be in his bed.
Continue to pray. He has follow-up appointments with three different doctors over the next two weeks.
JE is still in the hospital while they work to get his infection under control. He is anxious to get home. Barbara thanks everyone for the prayers on their behalf.
Please pray that he will be able to come home soon, and continue to pray for Barbara, as well.
JE had surgery to remove the blockage in his foot, and the antibiotics are working on the infection. He will likely be in the hospital for another couple of days, but he’s doing well.
Please continue to pray for him and his family!
JE has been hospitalized in Smithfield with a severe infection in his left foot. Barbara asks that we pray, but requests that we do not call the hospital.
Please pray for them both, and their whole family.
None of the tests found any issues. Kerry is being discharged to go home.
Thanks to everyone for the prayers!
Kerry had chest pains this morning. He’s in the Clayton Hospital, and they’ll keep him at least overnight while they run tests and make sure his stents are still in good shape. He’s feeling better than he was.
Pray for him and for Barbara.
From Donna:
I just wanted to reach out and thank everyone for their prayers, and their kind words during this difficult time. I don’t think you are ever prepared for losing a child. Regardless of the circumstances it is heartbreaking and honestly words cannot describe the pain. I now understand the meaning of this….
LORD, you said that once I decided to follow you, you’d walk with me all the way. But I have noticed that during the most troublesome times in my life, there is only one set of footprints. I don’t understand why when I needed you most you would leave me.” The LORD replied:”My son, my precious child,I love you and I would never leave you. During your times of trial and suffering, when you see only one set of footprints, it was then that I carried you.”
